Can a newbie get some questions answered about How To Start?
Can I get started on just the material on this website? So far, I have ready some conflicting accounts on whether or not you can drink vegetable broths, cottage cheese/flaxseed oil, etc.
How are you planning your Master Cleanse? Thus far, I have:
Minimum 10 days
optional salt water flush
laxative teas (where can i get more info on this?)
optional enemas (i'm thinking coffee)
physical exercise, making sure to stay hydrated
are people able to work productively most days or should i plan some downtime? please let me know your experiences whether I should start on the weekend (are those days harder?) or end on a weekend?
