I just finished my 10 day Master-Cleanse on Saturday, and on Sunday I had a salad and corned beef hash for breakfast and for dinner I had ribs, salad, asparagus and a ton of toasted marshmellows. It was a great day! LOL But I decided to put myself back on The Master Cleanse as my origional goal was 15 days. Well, I have been using the smooth move tea but I haven't had a BM yet. So now I'm concerned that the 10 cleanse didn't do it's job in the aspect that "stuff" isn't flowing right out. Please help...
