Since the first day of squeezing by hand, I have been making my drinks in a blender. I peel the yellow part off, and then toss in the lemon. And use about 20 oz of water per lemon. I read that leaving on the white part of the peel gives you extra vitamins, and alot more fiber, which helps with bowel action.
Today I peeled the yellow part off, then the white peel part, and ate it separately. It didnt have alot of flavor, but having
something to chew was so satisfying.
