thank you, I really appreciate your compassion and your information. I haven't had another BM since yesterday but I already feel better physically.
I took a deep breath before posting about my 'modifications' because I knew there would be die-hard, purists, out there who would judge me for not doing it 'properly'.
Thank you for understanding.
I do hope one day to work up to a full cleanse. Until that day, I want to do my best at what I am capable of.
