I quit on Day 4 last week, broke down and ate a plate of tuna and crackers! Then I went out and got some fast food :(
My stomach had been growling for 3 days, and I was super-motivated.
I have since tried starting again 2 times. Now, I have decided to modify the cleanse for myself. Some die-hard MCers might think I am weak or that I don't belong here, but I can only do what I can do. I found the true-blue Master-Cleanse impossible.
As I am motivated by weight loss more than detoxifying, I allow myself to eat one meal a day. The rest of the day, I am having the lemonaid (I prefer lime however) and water and mint tea. Because of some bleeding, I have stopped the laxative for now. I just wasn't strong enough to stave off the food cravings.
