I wouldn't call it cravings at this point, more of a habit that I feel I need to stick something in my mouth. As I wrap up day 3, I feel pretty good and can keep away from food. I'm going out of my way to avoid temptation though -- for example, we were invited to a barbeque tonight and I sent hubby on his own. But on the flip side, I made my son dinner (chicken/watermelon) and didn't have an urge for a bite. So right now I have a love hate relationship right now -- would love to have something to chew on, but would hate to break my fast!
