Everybody is trying to make a buck out there...I'm sure that, if it's prepackaged, the lemon juice is too old to be of benefit. You'll probably pay way more than you need to with a "package". It's a bunch of b.s. if you ask me.

The great thing about this fast is that it's so simple, and it's non commercial.

I'm sure you won't regret starting, if you can stick to it (even I have had many struggles with sticking to a fast for longer than 3 days over the last 15 years...now I'm on day 21). The benefits of enduring are amazing.
