AM ON DAY 8 TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am starting to get bonafide hunger cravings again. My energy is finally on an all time high. I find myself really hungry as of late, so I think I shall only do the ten days.

I started this with weight loss as well as health in mind. I have plateau'd at @ 10 lbs loss and have been hovering there the last few days.

I still have pain prior to elimination, but am passing solid matter again and feel better after.

I really love the CLEAN feeling of this fast.

I CANNOT BELIEVE I MADE IT THIS FAR!
