5 year old girl diagnosed with hypercalciuria

My 5 year old daughter was recently diagnosed with hypercalciuria. Her body produces too much calcium, and therefore it results in kidney crystals and stones. This disorder also affects bone density and intestines. It started with constant UTI infections since she was just a year old, through time, her doctors started to notice mass amounts of calcium and crystals in her urine. She has been through so much pain. Is there anything you can tell me about how to treat this naturally, and also what kind of diet I should have her on. Her nephrologist told me to minimize salt almost completely if I can, he also said to stop giving her vitamin D and C. He said to make sure she drinks at least 50-70 ounces of water per day. Can you give me any other advice?? Thanks for your time.
