It sounds like you are describing me in your message above. I use many of Dr. Schulze's products. However, IF#1 gives me the runs - even with only taking one capsule. Taking IF#2 gives me worse constipation. Adding IF#1 only gives me the runs again. So I gave up on this. Which is unfortunate as I receive so much of this product free as I purchase so many of his other products and they always seem to offer this as a reward. If only I could use it! I think some of the herbs in IC#1 are just to harsh for my system. I ended up finding Renew Life's CleanseMore which cooperates with my system so much better and allows me to go 1-3 times per day. Although without it, I just stop up again. Yes, I am using the watercure and have been for some time.

I have learned from you NOT to drink anything cold. I use to drink ice water all day long. Now I just drink room temperature water. Had no idea! Thanks for that tip.
