Re: Candida

Hi Garcia,

Candida is an opportunistic yeast that lives and thrives in a gut that is out of balance. Certain foods really set it off, and therefore simultaneously set off the many symptoms related to Candida; fatigue, gas, bloating, skin rashes, mental fogginess,
forgetfulness, etc. etc. You must restore the ecological balance in the gut: This requires effective supplemental digestive enzymes and probiotics, particularly acidophilus and bifidus. When you put enough probiotics into your intestines, they will literally destroy the candida. There are several other things you can do to facilitate this process. You must avoid highly processed foods, especially foods made with flour, butter and sugar. You must avoid fruits and fruit juices, as the sugar content will feed the candida until it is defeated by the probiotics. You must be properly hydrated. No doubt you have tried many things over the years. I would also suggest that you request my email brochure and take a look at the nutrition counseling services I provide. I can help you to address the candida problem once and for all. And you will learn how to prevent future outbreaks.
