Welcome to curezone Russell. I have been struggling with chronic constipation, chronic muscle pain, and extremely acidic ph. Ihave taken a product recommended by my osteopath for constipation for 2 years. It has cascara sagrada, senna, ginger, barberry... and other herbs in it. It is a contraversial product for long term use. So I have taken fiber shakes (psyllium and bentonite)off and on to clean my colon. Then I took oxypoweder for a couple months to clean the small intestines. It was very effective. However, I am still very acidic and need help having a BM. My diet is almost no processed foods, lots of veggies, whole grains, and beans, flaxseed too. No dairy or meat except on my cheat day -Saturdays.
Here are my questions:
1.What is your advice as far as raw foods vs. cooked foods for digestion and constipation problems?
2.Do you have a protocal you recommend for raising blood ph? I see lists all over the internet and have read books on this topic. Yet my ph is still 5.0.
3. What do you suggest for chronic constipation. Fiber does nothing for me. Unless I take herbs to help. I have done enemas, but have heard 2 sides to that as well.
