Re: hi question

Dear 54682,

If you have leaky gut syndrome, then it means
you've got obstructions inside the lining of
your small intestine and colon. It's probably
mucoid plaque, a hard, rubbery substance, that
often lines the insides of the entire intestinal tract.

So before you do liver cleanses, to remove
the stones from your liver and gallbladder,
it would be a good idea to do some intestinal
cleansing. Once your instestines are reasonably clean, you'll be able to do a liver
cleanse without complications.

There are lots of good Colon Cleanse products
available. I use those which are created and
sold by Dr. Richard Schulze , who has a forum
here on CZ. His website is:
http://www.herbdoc.com

No matter which cleanse you choose, they're
all geared to do two things: (1) Get your
bowels moving regularly, so that you have
one BM today for every major meal you ate
yesterday, and (2) To loosen and remove the
collected debris that is stuck to the inside
lining of your intestines.

Once you're thoroughly cleansed your colon,
liver, and kidneys -- and begun eating a
diet of mostly living foods -- your aches
and pains will be just a bad memory.

I will keep you in my prayers.

Blessings,

Owen
