Gallstone Surgery Incisions

I had my gallbladder out 9 days ago, and seem to be doing decently since the surgery. One of the incisions however has really been bothering me. I do sit up a lot to use my computer, probably 10 hours a day, for the past 5 days. I am going in on Tuesday, so in four days, to meet with the surgeon to inspect the incisions etc. The tape started coming off of the painful incision, the one to the right of the belly button, and it has odd gooey stuff on it. I was wondering if this is normal. It resembles puss. I did receive dissolvable stitches, and I wondered if maybe that is what they look like when starting to dissolve. If anyone could let me know, that would put my mind at ease over the weekend.

Thanks.
