SAME exact pain AFTER gallbladder removal as before!PLEASE help, Dr. appt tomorrow!!

I had laprascopic surgery 11/3... am having a pretty tough recovery, I think. VERY sore still, out of painkillers and doc doesn't seem to want to prescribe more, but that;s not the really big issue. What really concerns me is I am having the same pain, upper right quadrant, just under ribcage, as I had before surgery. I've had it 3 times since surgery, all within a few hours of eating (like before). Before my surgery I had this pain a lot, to the point that I grew accustomed to walking around with my hand on it (pressure on the spot helped, and still does). I had a HIDA scan and ultrasound done before surgery, and nothing showed up. Surgery was done on the basis of my descriptions of the pain, and the fact that the pain was replicated during the 2nd part of the HIDA scan (contracting/emptying of gallbladder). I see my doc tomorrow for my postop visit and intend to discuss with him, but I wanted to inform myself a little first. I am 24 and have 2 very active toddlers, who I can't pick up right now, so I hope like heck the surgery was not in vain.

Don't know if this matters or not, but my mom died of hep b and c, and I did some stupid things as a kid like use her razor, but have had numerous blood tests, all fine.

Does anyone have any ideas? I would greatly appreciate any help.
