Re: Oh NO! Slightly sick feeling a few hours after eating.
Hi Spirit. In answer to your questions - I first heard of the clark liver cleanse from a friend and started cleanses before I discovered curezone. I was doing cleanses for a year (probably did half a dozen all told) then a small stone got stuck in the bile duct and I had no choice but to go to hospital. Believe me I resisted it all the way, but after they had removed the stone, further inspection showed that the valve at the entrance to the gallbladder was completely disfunctional. The surgery was ok and all praise to the doctor who did my operation because he spent many hours talking over every aspect of it, including a lot about the possibility of me being released so that I could carry on cleansing at home in the hope that I could save my GB, but those conversations tookplace before the defective valve discovery. After the op, and once I was recovered from the immediate discomfort, my eating habits were given a new lease of life. It seemed as if I could get away with eating anything. I did ask at the hospital about what I might expect in the future but nobody really indicated that I would experience any problems. I suspected that I would at the time, and now I am certain that if I don't do something to reduce the amount of stones in my liver and surrounding ducts, they will eventually be blocking my bile duct again. Incidentally, something that I find curious is that my surgeon gave me one of the stones he emptied from the GB, probably the biggest. It is like a small nutmeg and nearly as hard. I'm sorry to say that it does not really resemble the photos that I have seen so far. Anyway, onward and upward - I am starting a cleanse tonight in the hope that it gets rid of my present discomfort. All the best.
