I, actually went to a few doctors of varying specialties. I finally just went to my family doctor whom I had been seeing since I was 3. I really just wanted, I suppose, someone to sign a paper to get some blood work done so I can feel confident that I didn't have pancreatitus again, and can go ahead with the liver flush. After I went to see him again he just told me I was fine (even after I reminded him I still had stabbing pain), and that my cholesterol was high. I heard that could be a side effect of the loss of GB. He told me that I couldn't reduce it on my own I would need meds. I mean, I like this guy, and I honestly think he wants to help, but I've only been half listening to these doctors anymore. I wish more HMO's would support alternative medicine. Mine actually does to a point, and I am in the process of just finding a homeopathic doctor near me.
