Thanks for fleshing out the often-repeated mantra that the GB is more than just tupperware for bile. Of course most docs will dismiss your ideas.

The part that really caught my eye is where you mentioned the spleen. Back in '99 they discovered I had a spleen cyst. Last week I found out I had GB polyps and more spleen cysts (along with a spot on a kidney). The docs are probably going to say I can live w/o the GB or spleen and want to rip them out. Nevermind that they can't figure out why they went bad or if it might cause other problems down the road. Tweet
