Interesting information. I am sure that the information on taking calcium is for a different purpose here than usually heard, but when you mentioned avoiding the magnesium (no more than 40 mg) because it will cause diarrhea, I just wanted to mention that the calcium cannot really be absorbed (at least into the bones) without magnesium (and potassium, too, I heard). So it seems like there definitely needs to be some present. Just interested, thought I'd comment.
