Re-curring infection in Brown Recluse Spider Bite!

Hello everyone! This is my first time posting a message here,so I hope someone can help! My good friend was bitten years ago (10 yrs or more)by a Brown Recluse Spider which of course left an ugly scar on his lower leg. But ever since then,it has become infected to the point he needs hospitalization and heavy duty antibioctics to clear it up. Seems to happen once or twice a year. He is also non-insulin dependant so any sores worry me! He just went to the hospital again yesterday for the same thing. I'd like to know if any one knows of a Naturepathic doctor in the state of Wisconsin who is knowledge-able regarding Ultraviolet Light Blood Irradiation as described by William C.Douglass in his book,"Into the Light".
