Ejaculation pain hernia symptom ?

I realize that self-diagnosis is not the preferred method but being without health care , well here goes . I strained my abdomen 1 year ago and blew it off . My first thought was hernia but the pain disapated after several days . Now however I'm expieiencing pain about 6 inches above the penis on the left hand side of my abdomen . There is a pressure and dis-comfort that increses just prior to ejaculation . Has anyone with hernias expierienced this ? Tweet
