Can certain foods dramatically swell a fiboid?

I managed to shrink my 8cm fibroid after going on the master cleanse.It stayed small for 4 days then suddenly flared up and caused me great pain and swelled to about 12cm. I did drink some coffee durring these 4 days - could this have been the cause? Has anyone out there experienced fibroids that shrink, swell and shrink and swell quite dranitically? Tweet
