Is there a natural way to shrink fibroids that are on the outside walls of the uterus (subserosal)?

Hello! Please help me. My fibroids are huge (4 month pregnacy -sized uterus) with no pain or abnormal bleeding because they are subserosal or embedded on the outside of the uterus wall. Does anyone know how they will "pass" or shrink or if the herbs like chasteberry and dong quai are just as effective for me?

Also, does anyone else share my problem?
