Does he have any nasal catarrh, cough?
Does he have any throat irritation, difficulty in swallowing etc.?
Does he have any breathlessness?
Is it worse at rest or only on movement?
Does he have breathlessness on slightest motion like walking a few steps on on physical exertion like standing for sometime or having a bath?
Is his sleep disturbed due to cough and breathlessness? If so at any particular time?
