Yes I know that fibriods are very common in women over 40... i know a few people that have them... and they cause no problem at all... Some of us on the other hand they cause pain.. and very very heavy bleeding during my period... i guess it depends on where the tumor is and what type... I'm on provera 10 mg because of almost constant heaving bleeding... this med has helped by regulateing my cycle more normally... before I was diagonsed i bleed for 3 months.. very heavy.... Tweet
