Wow, what a great forum...

My aunt has been suffereing with fibroids for the last year or more. The OB/GYN wants to do a hysterectomy. She is too young for that , just 40 yrs. I have been telling here to look into other options.

So in the meantime, she is on pain med called 'Betrax' (or something similar) and the birth control pill. To try to control the fibroids.

Anyone have any suggestions or stories of their own to share? Since I don't agree with the doctor's reccomendation, does anyone have a natural treatment suggestion?
