I think enough people have given you enough information that is contrary to the general myths about meat....;-)
Something extra to seal the deal.
In Sam Biser’s new book, which is for the sickest of the sick.
He tells these people to eat raw meat and raw eggs (or lightly poached). (organic of course)
This gives them the building components they need with the least overhead in needing precious resources to digest.
He also gives a good explanation as to the meat eaters’ aggression myth.
Eating meat, because of the ratio of elements, “connects” people closer to life and living.
It does not make them aggressive.
A vegi diet, because the ratio of elements are different, makes them disconnected.
When one looks at a number of vegetarians, this to me, does indeed seem to be the case.
I think we’ll find that some people can do well as a vegi, but others must have some meat in the diet.
