Product that claims to REMINERALIZE without flouride

(By the way, if curezone's search function worked, which it doesn't, we could also read a post that shows up in searches from Google, but that lead to a curezone page that does not actually show the post. The post has the following title "Topacal C-5" and was posted by "PatriciaM". I Wish Curezone's search function actually worked).

A product called Topacal (yes spelled this way, with an "a" after the "p" just like this) made in Australia says it has studies that show it remineralizes tooth enamel, without using flouride - and that is actually replaces lost calcium in the enamel with new calcium. To read more about it, Go to http://www.topacal.com/in/product.php
do NOT just try http://www.topacal.com, that page doesn’t work.

Topacal is made by an Aussie company called NSI. Topacal's main ingredient is Phoscal, a "chemical complex between the casein phosphoprotein extracted from dairy milk and nanoclusters of amorphous calcium." The company says it is designed to give the teeth a direct boost of calcium phosphate to help saliva remineralize teeth, said Dr. A. Ian McIntosh, NSI Dental's general manager.

The company also says:
Topacal, available in Australia for four years and the United States for less than a year
as many as 200 dentists in the US have begun using the product in the past year and up to 20 orders from the United States are filled each day - some for up to 50 bottles each.
