Again I agree about the right intestinal flora. Probiotics have helped me a bit but as from today I'm experimenting with something called "effective microorganisms". It seems to have a lot of potential. I'm working my way through mercury chelation, gut dysbiosis, and acid/alkaline balancing. I really hope that increasing alkalinity will somehow make chelation easier by taking the stress off the liver and kidneys. I'm feeling benefits already from what I've been doing, eg more juicing etc.
