Thank you for your response and kudos. I think I will stick with the Watermelon Seed Tea for now, given I have a Cacye Clinic within a mile of my house where I can buy it. It is very affordable in relationship to most other things with the exception of the parsley and Celery seed teas...
I do juice greens two or three times a week and include parsley and/or cilantro in the juice.
I have little fear and have been called a "survivor" by many who know me... Usually one of the first to risk life and limb in dire circumstances; I do suffer from anxiety though :-) I do not know that anxiety is that different from fear based on how it can make me feel. I am good at breathing through it though.
