Oh Lee - thanks for the laugh!! Heh heh!!

I store the kelp powder in a glass jar (with lid!)on a shelf in a cool area in the kitchen.

But what I think YOU need to do is to desensitise yourself to the smell! For that I suggest you get an ENORMOUS sack load (quick trip to Norway with snorkles) and sprinkle it all over your living space, under your bed, in the toilet, your front door etc. Make a pillow and fill it with kelp - take it everywhere you go! After a few days you will feel that Kelp is a neutral smell!!!! Heh Heh!!! Really, no need to thank me for my most helpful suggestion! *grins* (*grins* = smile 'tis your choice!)

I have now upped myself to 2 teaspoons a day - one in the morning and one in the afternoon. I have definately not felt it overactivate my thyroid, so I in its pure whole balanced form, it may not do so.

I'm not sure what the suggested dosage is, but I have read others taking a tablespoon at a time! Go on, dare you!!

Those kelp tablets from the shop are totally tiny! I bet 1 teaspoon is a lot more than 2 of those.

Did you get the stuff from Ebay? It is NOTHING compared the the stench of the kelp I got from the health centre - believe me, you would be begging to do the OO/GJ every day instead of taking that!
