Hey, guys. I just tried out 2 teaspoons of kelp in the BSM+lemon drink. It wasn't that bad except that you could feel the texture of the kelp powder throughout the drink. I also noticed that about half a teaspoon of kelp settled at the bottom and didn't mix in all the way. Anybody else have trouble with this? And how they overcame it?
Also, when it comes to taking the pinches of Epsom Salt for sodium, can we substitute it with unrefined Sea Salt and still get the benefits/sodium?
