Re: Question for those of you that have gum trouble
Sorry to hear it, me too...
I can basically say the same thing you have only to a lesser degree.
But, things are slowly getting better and beat the receding gums. Not sure
about your dental hygenist, mine is tough on me too. Hope
this doesn't get complicated but here are some thoughts from the battle
zone-
Declare battle on your gums Picses_Girl.
I started drinking
Ionized Water with a higher pH.
Ozonated water helps too.
I rinse with acidic water with celtic
Sea Salt and/or peroxide
but don't swallow any of it for 30 seconds.
Sometimes I rinse with
Colloidal Silver
I use a water pic besides a sonic tooth brush.
Dr Clark has much information on gums and teeth.
Using her advice, I brush with vitamyr, toms, baking soda, potassium iodide,
sometimes mixing, other times singly
I started taking xtra vitamin C (ester C only ) with calcium and magnesium
and a chewable enzyme. This started repairing my gums... and stopped the
receiding gums.
Not wanting to get more technical I will share the frequency on a
good frequency generator, positive offset only square wave, skin and gums
seem to tingle and get stronger.
