Is the molasses+lemon alkaizing and mineral-providing mainly? How alkalizing is it really?
I don't know if I'm on an alkalizing diet. I still even chicken and potatoes sometimes. But that's okay if the balance is 80/20, right? Other than that, I take green drinks and eat some veggies and fruits. I'm trying to drink only ozonated water (Essentia water), as well. Does taking flaxseed oil/coconut oil have any role in alkalizing the body? I take two raw egg yokes as well for my lecithin dose.
