Re: Hmm...

Hi ParaZapper,

You need to read my comments closer!

Foods which may be grown and kept without refrigeration by drying or without freezing such as nuts may be eaten thruout the year, but mostly thru the winter months!

Also root crops are crops which may be eaten during the winter etc!

There is or was only starvation because of lack of proper planning by people!

Look at the Buffalo, who stored up feed for them to eat in the winter months?

In the summer they ate the grass blades and in the winter they ate dry grass, but also ate the seed heads of the grass which had grown mature!

Likewise foods for humans vary between the root and leaf and seed thruout the year, and so should be eaten accordingly to their season!

If you are going to try to live in an area where no food is grown, then you will need to import food which is according to the weather season, if you want to stay Healthy!

As an added note: The main reason has to do with the Sodium to Potassium ratios which plants contain because of if they are grown in Hot weather vs Cold or cool weather and the effect this Sodium to Potassium ratio has on the body's Acid Alkaline pH Balancing!

This part you seemed to have missed, which is most important!
Smile Tis your choice.
