As you said on the 26th that you have just started eating many fresh fruits and vegetables, it would appear you do not understand much yet.

So may I make a suggestion "IF" you really want to help yourself?

Read my posts in this forum explaining different ideas about pH.

Then go to the Candida Forum where I have made many post about different things related to diet etc and find one of my post and open it up and then find where it states All posts by me in that forum and open this link to find and read all of my post about different foods and problems.

This way I will not have to repeat so many things.

Also I have posts in several different forums explaining the causes and offer solutions, if you are willing to do some research to help your self?

Also Please read the archive info which is provided by this website, as it contains much good info if you are just willing to do some research and then apply the info!!
