bentonite clay...enema and facial mask

hi guys,

i purchased clay by the name of ' aztec indian healing clay' it is 100% Bentonite clay from death valley, nevada. i purchased it as a facial, but can it be used as a emena, or drink, as in bowel cleansing? on the label it says, externial use only. but, is't Bentonite clay, 'bentonite clay? i love it as a mask, but does it have other benefits as well? anyone?
