I'd much rather have one encyclopedia that covers everything in details. To me this would be much preferred to a series of smaller books. I'd be grateful if you would publish such a book and I'd buy it immediately!! Please inlcude sources where to buy specific ingredients in the book.
Thank you for all your tips and wisdom on your homepage. It is great. Still, a book would make things much easier because of its different organizational level than a web site can, especially for beginners.
