Sorry but I respectfully disagree
I disagree. Take for example, the
Blood Type Diet - the one with which I am experienced is that developed by Dadamo. My adrenal health, blood
Sugar stability, and overall well-being is lightyears better when I follow the
Blood Type Diet for my type - which being a type O, means eliminating many grains, and KEEPING meat in my diet, among other things. Dadamo's diet for blood type O is NOT a low carb diet - something people need to stop assuming. However it does mean as explained above, very few grains, and it is reasonably high in protein in that each day it has some type of animal protein, often red meat. I like many, many other type O's, GOT hypyglycemia and blood
Sugar problems back when we followed the high-carb diets so advocated by vegeterians. Only when I changed to the
Blood Type Diet that you have critized as being "bad for hypoglycemia" did my blood
Sugar stablize and my health improve, and only when I waver from that diet into high-carb land (yes, even simply adding whole grains that are supposedly so healthy for "everyone") does my blood sugar become unstable. Perhaps your advice is good for blood type A's- who, according to Dadamo, do need to eat plenty of whole grains and no meat, but it would be nice if blanket recommendations like this aren't spread around as if they are good for all blood types. They aren't.
