Shelley,

I still havent found the tumeric capsules. Anyhow, I was wondering if it's okay to do the Master-Cleanse or any type of fast/flush during your period? I'm having my period right now and I want to do the Master-Cleanse this weekend. It wont be over by then, but still, do you think it's okay or will the body not function properly due to blood loss???
