High Anxiety

Man, the side effects of all that medicine I took keep coming back to haunt me. This afternoon, I was on the phone having an annimated conversation when I felt myself getting out of control anxiety. It was a pleasant conversation so I am not sure what triggered this. I had this problem most of last year but this is the first time it has resurfaced since doing all this cleaning.

Now, I feel a tightness around my throat, weird aches in my side and my left leg is throbbing around my thigh area.

Any suggestion on how to get my system back in normal/relax mode?
