Re: Hereditary Migraines

Hiya Northern High! :)

Migraines are a systemic problem (whole body, every system). It's nearly impossible to accurately diagnose the particular problem causing the migraine, and what everyone calls migraine can actually be very different. Whole head headaches tend to be toxic headaches; cluster headaches tend to be a lack of EFA's; sore temples tends to be a lack of electrolytes/magnesium.

Pitta people tend to get them most due to toxins in the bloodstream due to overindulging in bad fats, wheat flour and refined sugars ( food sensitivities are usually hereditary); exercising in the hot sun; too much stress, including stimulants like coffee or black tea; dehydration; not enough electrolytes like calcium, magnesium & potassium.

The first thing to do is a series of colonics and Liver Flushes while getting the lifestyle to be more pitta pacifying. Just about any hereditary issue can be counter-balanced.

Hope that helps! :)
