Thanks for the information. One of the sites basically said to basically stand on my head to get it to all the sinusis:).
What is cleansing drink with ACV?
This all started last week when I accidently put 10 TBS of Miracle II in my colemia water. It really took a toll on my sinusis and then on Sunday I did two doses of Colosan throughout the day and that really killed my sinusis. Then on Monday, Sinus infection. Oh what joy:)
Need to look at everything and get a daily regiment going. That is what is so hard. Trying to get everything in some kind of sequence throughout the day. Just venting.
