table salt vs. sea salt


White table salt is pure salt, no other minerals. Sea Salt is salt plus about 80 important trace minerals.

Refined table salt is acidic, Sea Salt is alkaline.

Refined table salt will make you retain water; Sea Salt will help you balance water appropriately unless you way way overdose.

Refined table salt has additives in it to keep it dry; these are poisons. Some table salts have Iodine added; this is hard on the thyroid if it is already compromised.
