Re: Need help! How can I Heal my cavities (tooth decay)?
Keep doing what you are. Your body will tell you what's best for the time being: Build upon that.
I don't know where to get straight vitamins like monosodium phosphate, but don't do anything that is painful to yourself. Little pain is fine - but never too much.
take exercising for example.... I don't believe it's smart to exercise till you can't go anymore because the body will have to spend more energy by making more hormones to kickstart the other organs to rebuild the damage done. Unless, the WHOLE body is healthy and it has plenty reserves to rebuild the damage.
Both things - exercising and rebuilding bone takes time, love, honour and respect for yourself and others. When we stray away from what our bodies need we start to crave what we don't want; because we've been taught to accept it.
I remember reading about how people from europe when coming over to the america's even before the pilgrims, that they would teach horses and other animals that only ate hay/grass/plants to eat preserved meat they had in abundance. Then when they'd get to land they'd learn to eat plants again.
Not sure if that story is true, but when you see the path it's your opportunity to walk on it. You can always change your direction and no matter how far off you go, you can always come back. One must ask then... how?
Listen to your body. Respect it. Acknowledge it's emotions, and believe them. Then do what is necessary to fix it with nature's ways.
