As long as you're going at least once a day, there's really no need for further intervention unless you have candida issues. Best to let the colon work on the foods and fiber and EXercise as much as it can now.
If you begin to feel uncomfortable or your tongue shows lots of jagged cracks, then by all means go ahead, once or twice a week shouldn't slow down the rebuilding process.
Also, try to get into the habit of clutching your knees to your chest for five minutes when you get up in the mornings, while lying on your back. This really helps to wake the digestion up, expel gas, and get things moving right along. :)
