dandruff

Cant get rid of it!!! Miracle 2 neutralizer does no good, I have used the M2 soap for 5 months. The only thing that helps at all is apple cider vinegar. But not well enough! Is this an internal issue with my oil intake? I am vata. Ny husband has it too. he is pita
