How to deal with Forum Thread Glitches

As many of you have noticed there is a glitch in the software used to run this forum. What this means is that I am able to access your files on your harddisk - in particular your credit card details. I am jetting myself off to the caribbean for some well deserved R+R. Bon voyage!

No seriously - the glitch is that threads become "stuck" and you can't read certain posts.

The solution is easy. Go to the last message that you *can* read and just reply an empty message to it (call it test). Problem solved. Unfortunately this means someone (i.e. Shelley) will have to delete all the test messages.
