Can I do some sweetening up of bitter dark chocolate with raw honey, grade B maple syrup or stevia and get its benefits?
I'm not a humongous chocolate person. But I really prefer eating stuff that's good for me (duh!). How about bitter chocolate, ghee and maple syrup for a mean hot fudge?
