This is VERY helpful. Finally, in your cleansing drink instructions, it just says warm water. How much - 8 oz. 16 oz.??

Also, if I am taking the FiberSmart capsules, can I just take 1 tablespoon with Bentonite or should I be taking another fiber drink?
